Community Literacy Research Project Inc.: Founded 1981...spent $481,494 in 1990 to operate a theater, art gallery and teen talent shows...owns $1.3 million loft at 500 Greenwich Street in lower Manhattan that rents space to a half-dozen New Alliance Party related enterprises...its All Star Talent Show Network paid the Rev. Al Sharpton $12,000 last year to book big-name entertainers.

Rainbow Lobby Inc.: The lobbying arm of the New Alliance Party, founded in 1985, with offices in New York, the District of Columbia and Cambridge, Massachusetts...raised $1.5 million in 1991...focuses on opening the electoral process and on American policy toward Zaire, Haiti and West Sahara.

Group Therapy

East Side Center for Short-Term Psychotherapy: Out-patient group therapy clinic in Manhattan with reported sales of $400,000 last year...one of 20 clinics in six cities that serve an estimated 600 patients nationally and train practitioners in "social therapy."

New Alliance Productions Inc.: Motion picture and video production and video production and publishing firm founded in 1986, with reported sales last year of $360,000...has received $61,700 from Fulani's 1992 presidential campaign for rent and advertising.

National Alliance Newspaper: Weekly newspaper of the political party...Fulani's 1992 presidential campaign spent $17,400 on newspapers in New Hampshire.

Ilene Advertising Inc.: Founded in 1986 and owned by Ilene Hinden, who began doing business with the party in 1988...reported sales last year of $260,000...has received $100,328 from Fulani's 1992 campaign.

Peoples Law Institute: Has represented Sharpton, Afton Maddox, Jr. and others aligned with the party...received $139,545 from Fulani's 1992 presidential campaign...founded by Alvaader Frazier, who is fighting disbarment proceedings in California and is not licensed to practice law in New York.
